Increasingly, coaches will be expected to be in regular supervision as part of their professional development
- EMCC requires coaches to have at least four individual hours of supervision each year.
- ICF strongly recommends supervision – it is not yet a mandatory requirement, but likely to become a requirement soon.
- Many corporate buyers of coaching also require that their internal and external coaches have regular supervision.
