My team development programme is adapted to meet the specific needs of your team and focuses on improving trust and collaboration, establishing shared goals and maximising performance.
No two teams are alike, and we manage it like a Project over an agreed timeframe – 3-6 months or longer depending on what you need.
The following elements are typically included
discovery – Phase 1
- Agree objectives with leader, sponsor
- Carry out an assessment and Team Survey where appropriate
- Meet briefly with the team & leader to feed back results
- Review Team Purpose and Team Social Contract
- Agree areas to work on and plan & budget for Phase 2
Delivery
This will include areas such as
- Facilitated Workshops and Training in prioritised areas
- Coaching in small groups or one-to-one as well as regular ongoing reviews of plans and progress
Review
- Evaluation of results and value delivered
For larger teams over 5 people, I usually partner with another qualified coach to deliver your programme.
