SUPERvision, mentoring and coaching can provide us coaches with resources so that we maximise our impact for our clients and create a sustainable coaching practice for ourselves.
My ‘systemic’ approach to SUPERvision is about understanding the complex environments, relationships and systems that we and our clients operate in and how that may affect our coaching engagements.
For me, supervision has been a real gateway to learning more about myself and my coaching, so my SUPERcoach initiative is all about that… providing you with space to explore who you are as a coach, how you want to grow, areas you’d like to learn about, what’s working, what could be better, what’s coming up for you…
One to One SUPERcoach sessions
- Over the year 4, 6 or 10 one to one sessions, depending on how many coaching hours you typically deliver *** (in line with current EMCC recommendations – see below)

Quarterly Group Supervision (online + in-person)
- When you sign up for One to One SUPERcoach programme, you can attend one group online supervision session in each calendar year free of charge
Monthly SUPERcoach Conversations – FREE for 2025
- Join our SUPERgroup ! – bring your questions, share your successes, stay connected with a monthly call open to any qualified coach who wants to get a sense of how this works.
In-house SUPERcoach Supervision
- For organisations looking to develop coaching mindset and culture for leadership, supervision offers a way to resource and support best practices for internal coaches – either one to one or in small groups.
SUPERcoach LEGO Serious Play
- Coming in Autumn 2025 – in person sessions in Dublin, Ireland for coaches to reflect, learn, grow and unleash your creativity using the LEGO Serious Play method – if this sounds good to you – get in touch !
Tiered Pricing 2025 – The standard rate for a SUPERcoach session with me is €500 for coaches who are employees of / sponsored by a medium to large organisation. For sole practitioner coaches and charities, the rate is €300 per session.
Instalment Payments – For sole practitioner coaches, if you’d like to spread the cost of your investment, Klarna is now available as a payment option.
***Recommended Supervision hours based on your coaching activity
For coaches based on your coaching hours (in line with EMCC minimum recommended hours of 4 hours supervision for every 35 client facing hours)
- If you have average 3 client sessions per week – 4 x 90 minute supervision sessions per year
- If you have average 4-10 client sessions per week – 6 x 90 minute supervision sessions per year
- If you have average 11+ client sessions per week – 10 x 90 minute supervision sessions online
Increasingly, coaches will be expected to be in regular supervision as part of their professional development.
- EMCC requires coaches to have at least four individual hours of supervision each year.
- ICF strongly recommends supervision – it is not yet a mandatory requirement, but likely to become a requirement soon.
- Many corporate buyers of coaching also require that their internal and external coaches have regular supervision.
