ICF Global’s mission is to help humanity to flourish.
In January 2015, I was invited to join the ICF Ireland Board, to take on the role of Director of Member Development – to support members of the coaching profession in gaining ICF professional accreditation, and to encourage coaching professionals to join and engage with the ICF to develop their coaching practice, whether working as an independent coach, or coaching within an organisation.
